Resveratrol vs Protandim
Resveratrol seems like a promising ingredient that manufacturers can build a variety of products from. Having said that the biggest fault I have, from a product perspective, is nobody is studying a particular product I know of that has Resveratrol in it, but rather just the ingredient Resveratrol alone. What’s the difference? Its like testing aluminum vs steel, saying that aluminum is better, and then any one manufacturer suggesting their car is better than another because it has more aluminum., meanwhile Car and Driver is testing the actual cars, with those ingredients. What makes Protandim particularly unique, if we’re considering what is easier to sell in a business, is the fact that Protandim is the product being studied, not any of its ingredients. I’m sure individual manufactures of products with Resveratrol will make claims from their own studies, likely not peer reviewed and published ones of course, and they may nor may not be true. With Protandim having the studies, sets it a part.
To be fair, a claim has been made that Protandim is expensive (based on its simply ingredients), however, if it does what it says, its very affordable, and as always, go mix your own Protandim, just don’t sell it, but if you believe the science, it has to be mixed in the right ratios. And there are Resveratrol supplements that are just pure Resveratrol, but I assume at that point we’re left to wonder what is the quality when there is a BROAD range of prices for regular Resveratrol. However I’m not aware of any MLM companies making products with Resveratrol in it anyway, which means its likely not very profitable. Of course who would want to be in a business that you cannot make money.
I think this is a great time to mention why would somebody feel that MLM businesses need to sell products cheap and not make much.., sounds a bit too much like ACN, however, lets be fair, if why would a traditional business want to go into business where there is no money either. I’m not saying Protandim is expensive, but I am saying Resveratrol is a tod0-about-nothing, and has a strong fix in the retail space as just another ingredient.
